Back in the Day

You can always tell who genuinely rips on a board when they come to Livi and tear it up. Matt Mumford is one of those guys.

That's the last of the Oz Tour photos, would be cool to see the Transworld article if anyone has it?

Back in the Day - Mitchell Rail

After warming up with the tailslide he attempted the frontblunt, he gave it a good few goes but had trouble pulling out at the bottom. Dustin Dollin was also defeated trying a kickflip noseslide, but he didn't have as much patience. After only a few goes he smashed his deck off the wall, disappeared and came back with two cans of beer and a Smirnoff Ice. Didn't know that alchopops were the favoured drink of a piss drunk? Also just remembered he was skating for Stereo, right before they pulled the plug.
Luckily John Rattray was there, he always brings the goods!

This Nosegrind was also shot by Skin Phillips (top left) and featured in the OZ Tour issue of Transworld on the Contents page. Does anyone have that issue? Would be good to check it out again, i think the whole issue was upside down or back to front. Give me a shout if you do!

For Real?

You guys are in for a treat, just came across this video that was filmed for a legit band 'High Fidelity' (formally the Soup Dragons). It features my brother, Davie Morrison, Greg Armstrong, and my mate Bremner. Not sure what the idea was behind this but or what the hell's going on. Words can't describe how bad this is, even the fake names are terrible.

This post is dedicated to Darren Anderson, he told me it's his song of the week. I'm trying my best to get that signed poster for you Darren, stop texting me.

Robbed in the Weedge

After the Blueprint premier on Sunday a bunch of people stayed through till the Monday. It turned out to be the hottest day of the year so far, photos were taken, Paul was out filming, and the Ghetto Cam was on fire!

It was rad to be out and about with a good crew, everyone had a sick skate. Owen Hopkins killed it but was robbed of this Noseblunt slide.

A'Deen Edit

Check out Simies Edit, some rad skating was documented over the harsh Aberdeen winter.
Sick filming and some heavy bangers in there.

Blueprint MFWTCB Premier Details

Blueprint's 'Make Friends With The Colour Blue' UK tour touches down in Glasgow this Sunday, and there are a few events to get yourself along to throughout the day.

At 12:00 the team will be in the Glasgow store for a signing, so come along if you want that tickles your fancy. We've got a big delivery of Blueprint hardware coming in especially for the occasion too.

At 14:00 the team will make an appearance at Kelvingrove skatepark for a demo/skate and there'll be some goodies being given out at some point too.

At 19:45 there will be a premiere of the Make Friends With The Colour Blue at Macsorleys Bar, 42 Jamaica Street (just round from the Glasgow shop). You'd be best to arrive around 19:30 to avoid missing any of the video, and to get a decent round of drinks in before the showing. Unfortunately due to licensing constraints, this will be be an over 18s event, and anyone coming along will be at the mercy of Macsorleys staff, so that means no turning up minging drunk before the thing's even started.

Make Friends With The Colour Blue is scheduled to be released on DVD at the end of April, watch this space for further info.

Sidewalk Gallery

Head over to the Sidewalk Website and check out the updated Photo Gallery. Some nice pics in there including Focus team rider Danny Jack.

Double set switch Pop Shov-it. Nice.

Sunday Sequence - Matt Mumford

This weeks Sunday Sequence goes to Matt Mumford. This was taken at the very rinsed out Mitchell Library rail in Glasgow. Nothing really amazing and totally not worth shooting a sequence of, but like i said earlier, i was new to the game.

Expedition One.

You've probably seen this by now but i had to post it. I've been down for Expedition since day one but with Gallant back on and the addition of Matt Miller it's definitely one of the sickest teams around.

Niveadoom!

Andy 'Big Dawg' Niven just posted this little edit from last year, he's been getting to grips with his new camera and learning how to edit.

If Nivens edits are going to be on point like his text replies, expect another one around the same time next year.
